About the full automation package
Do I have to give up my current software straight away?
No. We build in phases and alongside your existing system. Only when a part is proven do you switch and cancel the licence.
Is a custom system really cheaper?
That depends on what you pay now. In the audit we set your yearly licence cost next to the build cost and the monthly fee. If it is not cheaper we say so and advise you to keep your current software.
What happens to my data?
We migrate your data from the old system, store it within the EEA and sign a data processing agreement. Everything is tested before you switch.
What is an AI chat in my own system?
An assistant in your software you ask questions in plain language, like which quotes are open or which job has not been invoiced. Agents can then take an action themselves, like preparing a follow up email.
How fast is it live?
An automation is live ten working days after signature. A fully custom system takes about six weeks and is delivered in phases.
