The challenge
Customers wait at the carwash. Nothing to do, phone in hand. Those minutes earned nothing, while there was an audience standing there with attention to give.
Our solution
A gamification app that engages customers while they wait. Reach a certain level and you unlock a discount voucher. To claim it, an email address is needed, with explicit consent.
The result

A digital loyalty card. Every visit earns stamps, after a number of stamps comes a free service. Signing up takes ten seconds and requires only an email address.
