About working together
What does the test day cost?
Nothing. The test day is free and without obligation. We invest that time because it’s the fastest way for both sides to know whether it clicks.
Do I have to pay upfront?
For projects over €500 we ask a 50% deposit at the start. The balance follows on delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days.
How many revisions are included?
Two revision rounds per delivered item, unless agreed otherwise in the quote. Extra revisions we charge at €75 per hour. Structural changes after a phase has been approved count as a new assignment.
Can I cancel monthly services?
Yes, with three months’ notice from the first day of the following month. After one year of uninterrupted collaboration any early-termination fee lapses.
