A full room.
Less phone.
More regulars.
Marketing for restaurants, cafés and local chains. Online booking, found on Google Maps and guests who come back without you chasing them.
Where it goes wrong
Booking is phone-only
During service nobody picks up. Whoever wants to book for Thursday night books elsewhere.
Your Google profile is outdated
Wrong opening hours, no menu, old photos. Searchers scroll on to the next place.
Guests come once
No email address, no channel to announce anything. Every month you hunt for new customers again.
Four moves for hospitality
Website with online booking
A fast site with menu, photos, opening hours and a booking system that runs 24/7 into your calendar.
€450–800 + €25–50/month
Google Maps & local SEO
Profile fully filled in, menu linked, photos up to date and a review strategy that activates your best guests.
€300–600 for 3 months
Loyalty & email list
A digital stamp card or newsletter sign-up at the table. That’s how you build a channel for events, holidays and quiet weeks.
€800–2,000 setup
On-location content
One shoot day per quarter gives enough photos and reels for months of social media. Your dishes in frame instead of stock photos.
€400–1,200 per shoot
A reservation you miss during service isn’t one cover. It’s a table of four, and probably their next visit too.
Marketing for restaurants
Does my restaurant need a website if I’m on Google and social media?
Yes. Google Business and Instagram are channels you don’t own and whose rules change. Your own site is the only place where you keep the booking, the menu and your guests’ details fully in your own hands. On top of that, AI tools like ChatGPT largely pull their information about your place from your site and your Google profile.
Which booking system do you recommend?
That depends on your volume. For places with lower volume a simple booking form linked to your calendar is enough. If you do more than 60 covers per service, a dedicated system with table management is better. We link both to your site.
How do I get more Google reviews?
Ask at the right moment, with a QR code on the bill or a short email the next day. Important for GEO: encourage guests to write what they ate and what kind of place it is. Reviews with concrete descriptions help search engines and AI tools understand what you stand for.
What does marketing for a restaurant cost per month?
A realistic starting point is €25 to €50 per month for hosting and maintenance of the site, optionally topped up with €450 to €600 per month for Marketing on Demand if you want to hand over social media and campaigns entirely. Many places start with the site and Google profile, and expand once that pays off.
