Found in Google,
on Maps and in ChatGPT.
Websites, SEO, GEO and custom apps for Belgian SMEs. The base every other channel runs on: a site that convinces, a profile at the top of Maps and a business AI tools mention by name.
What does online visibility mean for an SME in 2026?
Online visibility is the chance that a customer finds your business at the moment they look for a solution. In 2026 that happens in three places: the organic results in Google, the local pack in Google Maps and the answers of AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. An SME that shows up in all three captures demand that already exists. That is the cheapest traffic there is, because the customer comes to you.
Why good businesses stay invisible
A nice site nobody finds
Design without structure. No page per service, no page per region, no schema markup. Google has no idea which searches you should rank for.
A half finished Google profile
Wrong primary category, few photos, no recent reviews. In Maps the competitor with the fuller profile wins, even if your work is better.
AI tools do not know you
More and more buyers ask ChatGPT for advice before they google. If you publish no clear facts about your offer, prices and service area, you are not on the shortlist.
Six building blocks that create visibility
Scored out of 5 for B2B and B2C, based on what we see working for Belgian SMEs.
A website that converts
Fast, mobile and one clear action per page. Every channel sends people to your site, so every weakness there costs you money on every channel.
Websites and apps →SEO
Pages per service and per region, aimed at keywords with buying intent. Every good page becomes a salesperson that keeps working without a cost per click.
SEO agency →Local SEO and Google Business Profile
For local businesses often the biggest free lead source. It is the first thing a customer sees of you, before they even click through to your website.
Not showing on Maps? →Reviews and reputation
The trust signal that makes every other channel convert better. Recency counts, so it is a system that runs after every job and not a one off action.
GEO: visible in AI answers
Making sure ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity know your business, describe it correctly and recommend it. Whoever is in the answer wins the shortlist.
Custom apps
A loyalty app, booking tool or quote calculator that brings customers back and collects data. Visibility you own instead of rent.

Baseline
We test how you score today in Google, in Maps and on 20 questions your customers ask AI tools. You see in black and white who does get mentioned.
Foundation
Technical base, a tracking plan with GA4 and Consent Mode, a complete Google Business Profile and a review flow that runs automatically after every job.
Pages that sell
A page per service and per region, with price indication, service area, FAQ and schema markup. Written for people, structured for Google and AI.
Authority and follow up
Mentions on industry sites, with partners and in local media. Every month we measure rankings, enquiries and your AI mentions again.
What works in your industry
Every industry searches differently. This is where we start per industry. The full plan is tailored to your region, competition and goal.
Google Business Profile with project photos and reviews after every site. Pages per service and town capture searches like "renovation Mortsel".
Construction →Service pages per region and per season: air conditioning in summer, heat pumps in winter. Phone clicks tracked as conversions, because this customer calls.
OfferDone for installers →Maps is your shop window. Complete profile, fresh photos and your menu as text on the site, so Google and AI tools know what you serve.
Hospitality →Reviews and online booking carry everything. A loyalty app brings customers back without you having to advertise for it.
Salons and wellness →SEO on niche services and strong GEO. Decision makers increasingly ask ChatGPT which firm or agency they should call.
Application pages that engineers and buyers actually search for. Low search volume, but every visitor represents a high deal value.
B2B industry →Category pages that rank, a product feed that is correct and reviews on product and store. That is how you appear in Shopping and in AI comparisons.
Webshops →Business profile and pages on servicing, tyres and inspections. Local searches with direct intent from people who want an appointment today.
Automotive →Local SEO and online booking, with clear info on service area and waiting time. Always within the professional rules of your field.
Three checks you can do today in 5 minutes
- 1Search your main service plus your town in Google Maps. Are you in the top 3?
- 2Ask ChatGPT: "Which company do you recommend for [your service] in [your region]?" Are you mentioned?
- 3Count your new Google reviews from the past 90 days. Fewer than five?
Scoring badly on one of the three? Then you know where the rest of your marketing budget leaks away. We fix it and keep it up, so you can focus on your customers.

About visibility, SEO and GEO
How long before I see results?
In Google Maps you usually see movement after 4 to 12 weeks. Mentions in AI tools follow after 2 to 6 months. Organic SEO on competitive keywords takes 3 to 9 months. Keywords that include a region are faster to win and convert better, so that is where we start.
What is the difference between SEO and GEO?
SEO gets you high in Google's search results. GEO (generative engine optimization) makes sure AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity know and recommend your business. They overlap a lot, but GEO puts more weight on clear facts, prices, service area, schema markup and mentions on external sources.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. We start with a technical scan. If the base works, we build on what is there. If the site is slow or hard to edit, a new site is often cheaper than patching it.
Can I see whether ChatGPT recommends my business?
Yes. In the baseline we test the questions your customers ask in ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity and note who gets mentioned. We repeat that test every month, so you see your AI ranking evolve.
Does this work for B2B companies?
Yes. In B2B the volume is lower but every visitor is worth more. SEO on niche services and visibility in AI tools perform well there, because decision makers research thoroughly upfront.
What do I need to provide?
Very little. A one hour conversation about your services, customers and service area, access to your website and Google profile and a few photos of your work. We write, build and measure the rest.
Where do you stand today?
30 minutes. We show you how you score in Google, Maps and AI tools and where the fastest wins are.
