Loyalty app for
Kapsalon Ishaq.

A digital loyalty app, a new website and online booking for Kapsalon Ishaq in Antwerp. The stamp card now lives on the client's phone, and the salon builds its own client channel with it.

Kapsalon Ishaq loyalty app with a digital stamp card
The challenge

What a loyalty app solves that paper cannot

Almost every barber runs a card and a stamp. In practice it breaks down, and that costs revenue directly. These four problems came back every week at Kapsalon Ishaq.

Clients do not carry the card

No card in the wallet means no stamp, and no reason to come back sooner. The whole idea collapses at the exact moment that counts: when the client is in the chair and pays.

The card gets lost

Gone after three visits, so they start over. Clients drop out and the reward turns into an annoyance. Nobody starts a third card after restarting twice.

Easy to fake, impossible to measure

Stamps can be copied with a cheap stamp bought online. And there is no view on who visits how often, who drops off, or what the programme actually returns.

No contact details

The salon knew its clients by name but had no channel to reach them on a quiet Wednesday, for a new treatment or for an offer in a slow month.

Our solution

Loyalty app, website and booking in one system

We did not build a paper card in digital form. We built one system where the app, the website and the agenda work together.

Digital loyalty app

The stamp card sits on the phone. Nothing to forget, nothing to lose. The client always sees how many visits are left until the next free or discounted cut.

A website that converts

A fast, mobile site with services, prices, opening hours and one clear action: book an appointment. Visible in Google and linked to the Google Business Profile.

Online booking

Clients book themselves, also outside opening hours. Fewer calls during a cut and fewer no-shows thanks to automatic reminders before the appointment.

An owned client channel

Signing up for the loyalty app requires an email address. The salon builds its own list instead of depending on Instagram or Facebook reach.

Why it works

The app is always in their pocket

A loyalty app works for a mundane reason: the phone comes along to the barber, the card does not. So every visit gets registered instead of roughly half of them, and the client feels the progress towards the reward.

On top of that the owner gets something a paper card never gave: numbers. How many clients are actively collecting, who has not been in for two months, and which slot in the week is structurally empty. You can act on those numbers with an email to the right group instead of an ad to everyone.

The result

Clients return faster, and stay reachable

  • 60% more repeat visits since the loyalty app replaced the paper card
  • No more lost or copied cards, plus a clear view of visit frequency
  • An owned email list to fill quiet days without ad budget
  • Bookings keep running automatically, evenings and weekends included
Would this work for you?

Who this fits

A loyalty app pays off as soon as clients come back regularly and you lose sight of them completely after the appointment. Think salons, barbershops, nail studios, wellness, carwash, coffee bars and gyms. See our approach for salons and wellness or the Washville case, where the same principle sits inside a carwash game.
