What is custom automation?
Custom automation is a system we build around one of your own processes, instead of bending your process to fit standard software. It can be an automation without a screen or an app with a screen, connected to your CRM, mailbox, WhatsApp, calendar and accounting. We start with your idea on paper, including what it saves you, and only build after you agree.

About custom automation
Does my idea have to be fully worked out?
No. A description of the problem is enough. In the first conversation we look for the simplest version that already delivers value and put scope and savings on paper.
How accurate is a quote based on a photo?
The system makes a proposal you check before it goes out. For damage or work that is hard to judge from a photo it flags the quote for review. We test with your own examples beforehand so you see the accuracy yourself.
Does this work with my CRM or accounting package?
In most cases yes. In the first conversation we check which tools you use and whether they allow a connection. If not we look for an alternative.
What if I want to change something later?
The monthly fee covers one small change per month. Bigger extensions get their own quote.
How is this different from the full automation package?
The package reviews your whole business and automates broadly. Custom automation starts with one specific concept from your own business and builds it out.
