Your inbox keeps working
when you are not looking.
Automatic sequences for cold outreach, automatic emails for existing clients and automatic answers to client questions. Personalised and sent at the right moment.
What does email automation do for an SME?
Email automation triggers emails based on what a contact does or needs. We build three flows: sequences that approach and follow up new prospects, emails that keep existing clients warm and a system that answers incoming client questions. You spend fewer hours on email and no lead or question is left waiting.
What full automation looks like
Emails answered, calls picked up, quotes prepared and a full ERP or CRM with AI built in.
Three flows that take over your email together
Cold outreach sequences
A first email about your audience's problem and not a sales pitch. Fixed follow up moments come next. The sequence stops as soon as someone replies and warm replies reach you or your calendar right away.
- Target list and personalisation per sector
- Daily limit to keep your domain healthy
- Set up with SPF, DKIM and DMARC
Nurturing existing clients
Satisfied clients forget you quickly. Automatic emails keep you in view at the moment it matters.
- Welcome series after a first purchase
- Maintenance and reminders at the right time
- Review request after every job
- Reactivation of clients who went quiet
Client questions answered automatically
The mailbox reads every incoming question and drafts a reply based on your prices and your knowledge.
- The reply sits as a draft in the email thread
- You check and send with one click
- Standard questions can go out automatically
- Difficult questions give you a heads up
What an outreach sequence looks like
Four emails over two weeks. As soon as someone replies the sequence stops and you take over.
The problem
A short email about a bottleneck your audience recognises, with one question.
The proof
A concrete example or result from the same sector.
The offer
A low threshold proposal, like a free analysis or a short call.
The closer
A friendly last email. No reply means contact stops.
Four steps to an inbox that maintains itself
Audit
We review your email flows: which questions keep coming back, where leads get stuck and how many hours that costs.
Writing
Sequences and replies in your tone of voice. You approve every email before anything is sent.
Connect and test
Connection to your mailbox, CRM and calendar. We test with real examples until it sounds like you.
Tune
We review results and improve subject lines, timing and replies. You see what it delivered every month.
Emails recipients are happy to read
Relevant and business focused
We only write to business contacts with a message that fits their activity. No mass mailing.
Always an unsubscribe
Every email has a clear unsubscribe link and we record the source of every address.
A human stays in control
For client questions the reply is a draft by default. You decide what goes out automatically.
A healthy domain
Limited daily volume and a correct technical setup, so your emails arrive and do not land in spam.
What it costs
Audit
We review your email flows and show what automating them delivers. Credited if you go ahead.
€350
Per flow
Outreach, nurturing or client questions. After the audit you get a fixed price for setup and monthly fee, depending on volume and integrations.
Fixed price after the audit
Newsletters and campaigns
Looking for monthly newsletters and campaigns instead of automatic flows?
Email marketing →Setup: 50% at signing and 50% at delivery. The monthly fee is paid monthly in advance and covers monitoring, tuning and one small change. All prices exclude VAT.
About email automation
Does the AI send replies without my supervision?
Not by default. The reply is ready as a draft and you send it yourself. For fixed standard questions you can set it to go out automatically.
Will my emails land in spam?
We work on that with a correct technical setup (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), limited daily volume and relevant content. A guarantee on inbox placement does not exist but a healthy setup makes a big difference.
Is cold emailing allowed?
Business outreach is possible with a relevant message, a clear way to unsubscribe and a careful source for every address. Discuss the rules that apply to your situation with your lawyer.
Which mailboxes does it work with?
Gmail, Outlook and most other business mailboxes. In the audit we check what you use.
How is this different from email marketing?
Email marketing means newsletters and campaigns we make for you every month. Email automation means flows that run by themselves based on what a contact does or asks. They can work together.
Combine it with another building block
How many hours of email can you cut?
30 minutes. We show which emails to automate first and what that saves you per week.
