I already use Teamleader or Odoo. What then?
OfferDone can run alongside your current software. If data needs to flow to your accounting automatically, there is the Link with your accounting software module (€ 950 + € 40 per month). In the demo we look at what you do in Teamleader or Odoo today and what you need from it in OfferDone.
Do I have to enter or set up anything myself?
No. We set up OfferDone with your price list, items and company details. You send us your current price list and item list. We do the rest.
Does it work without signal on the job site?
Yes, in Pro and Complete. The technician keeps working offline. As soon as there is signal, everything syncs automatically.
What is included in the monthly price?
10 users, hosting, backups and security, AI that learns your items and writing style, one small change per month and support during office hours. Plus 1, 2 or 3 support hours per month, depending on your package.
What is not included in the monthly price?
The setup fee, extra users at € 25 per month, extra support hours at € 75 and the add-on modules. All prices excl. 21% VAT.
Can I move to a bigger package later?
Yes. Every Creative Edge agreement is tailored. If you want to move to Pro or Complete, we record the switch and the new price in an amendment to your agreement.
Who owns my data and where is it stored?
Your customer and job data belongs to you. We only use it to run OfferDone for you and treat it as confidential. With every customer we sign a data processing agreement that states where the data is stored. The app itself remains the property of Creative Edge. You get the right to use it.
How fast are we live?
We set the go live date when you sign. You only pay the second half of the setup fee at go live, so we have every reason to move fast too.
